Frying Pans... Again!
Discussion
Sorry I know this has been done to death but I've got a slight twist on the 'what frying pan should I get' question.
From previous threads the Nisbet pans seem to be recommended on the basis that they are cheap enough to replace on a regular basis.

However we only have an Aga and therefore need something with a decent flat bottom so that it heats evenly. Does anyone know how solid and flat the Nisbet pans are, there'll be no good to us if they liable to warping after a few uses
Thanks

I bought one of these in April 2019 and it’s still going strong. It looks very similar to the Nisbits one and has a good weight to it and solid base.

They'll be fine on an Aga. I've been using them for 20+ years and they do eventually buckle but only after serious misuse on commercial gas hobs.
Edit: Just to add... WOW they are cheap in the sale!Think I may have to ordered a few while on special!

When this has come up before Vogue red handled frying pans were recommended by many.
I bought two. They are both absolutely outstanding and cheap.
Handles get hot thoigh.
Two quid extra for the red handle though LOLI bought two. They are both absolutely outstanding and cheap.

Anyway... it looks like they're all a few quid less from catering appliance superstore who I normally buy from, that will teach me to start clicking without checking.
My wife seems pretty wedded to these https://zyliss.co.uk/collections/frying-pans
They certainly seem to do the non-stick, dishwasher-proof, hob to oven stuff
