For anyone not familiar there are literally hundreds of these concerts, average length about 15 minutes, catering for just about every genre and taste. There is a full list in Wikipedia with links, just google Wikipedia npr tiny desk.

Care to post your faves? I'll kick off with Sting and Shaggy:

There are some amazing performances on the NPR channel. I really like one by Rodrigo Amarante.. he sang the Narcos theme tune. He sings in about 3 languages IIRC

My favourite seems to be the same as everyone else's favourite according to the viewing figures. Often have it on in the background

It's been in the back of my mind to post pretty much the same list.

A real treasure trove of content. Love it.

Superb.

A few of my personal favourites:

It always staggers me the quality of recording they achieve in what is, essentially, a very sub-optimal environment - it's always excellent.

I do too. I discovered Khruangbin via that very performance.

I'm subbed to KEXP, a public radio station in Seattle, who do similar stuff to NPR but usually full band performances. They're definitely up the indie end of things but very good for finding bands you didn't know & their sound guys extract almost studio quality audio every time. If melodic Mexican instrumental in weird masks is your thing, they have you covered.
