As a novice I don't appreciate these vague measures, a drizzle, a good drizzle, a knob a pinch etc I like ml and grams they are specific and I can't go wrong

Also why is Luke warm?

Also hob temperatures low, medium low, medium, medium high, high? Great mine goes from 1-9 that's 4 extra heats not covered so is 1 low? As it doesn't seem to do much so is it very very low , very low, low, medium low, medium, medium high, high, very high, fking hell it's hot?

Yeah season it well what's that I have no idea how it should taste and I seem to be a bit blind to salt so that doesn't help

A knob - 25g
A drizzle - a light coating
A good drizzle - cover in the sauce until theres extra sauce pooling at the bottom

Season well - up to your tastes with what your cooking. Taste it. Does it taste right? No. Add salt pepper, spice etc to make it taste right

Luke warm - can you put your finger in it doesnt melt your skin

Hob temps
1 -3 low
4-6 medim
7- 9 high

9 for instance will get your tatties boiling but 5 will maintain the boil once its going and not over flow past the pan lid and save you money by better ysing the energy

The point of non-standard measurements is that it doesn’t really matter on accuracy, so long as you’re broadly in the right area.
