991.1 GT3 Advice

Just looking for some basic advise really regarding 991.1 GT3's
Firstly I've never owned a Porsche. However when I got my GT-R back around 2010 I wanted a GT3 back then but couldn't afford it or scratch that itch, fast forward a few years later I could...
However, 2nd child came, business venture so all toys sold and money went into bricks.
Fast forward to 2016 I still had the itch for a GT3 but it wasn't financially viable and I went and bought a F80 M3 kept it for a few years and then decided to pick up a Audi R8 V10 Plus Gen 2 which I loved and this left me Sunday just gone.
To entertain myself in that time I had a few track toys (mostly Meganes, a Mini GP2 and I used the F80 M3 to track as well).
10 years on... still have the GT3 and Porsche itch to scratch. Currently no track toys, no 'fun car' the time seems right to take the leap and see if it's what I've always hoped for.
Now it's asking lots to live up to the soundtrack the R8 gave and how it performed was impressive but I got a good offer and it meant I had all the enjoyment from it and only took a £3k hit. With current climate it made sense.
The GT3 will be tracked so not fussed by PCCB. However those I'm considering must half 'front axle lift, bucket seats, cage (desirable but not a deal breaker). However most out there at present seem pretty well spec'd sub 15k miles.
I know of the 'engine' concerns but my plan will be to keep the warranty extended as long as I own the car which will allow up to 2028-2030 depending on the year of vehicle bought.
Given the whole COVID situation, general circumstances at present around the UK I thought it be ideal to ask on the Porsche sub section with knowledgeable people what is the general price band for 'premium' GT3's as many are listed at £99k is that realistic or optimistic.
To me I'm sure when looking early 2020 the prices were nearer the £92-95k region but at present a year on they seem higher.
At £99k I'm thinking of just going £20-25k more and taking the 991.2 route but my preference in honestly is a 991.1 GT3 simply because it's my first Porsche, I will be tracking it and entering at a lower price point means likely at a future point my loss will be less not that it's to concerning for me.
I think the biggest factor is that I will be putting 6k+ miles onto the car each year but I've not much to gauge that effect either as at present there highest mileage ones listed are still under 25k miles.
So in summary does anyone have a guideline price of what I should be expecting to pay? I.e. if you were buying what price would you think... "thats fair".

The 991.1 prices have remained reasonably stable, outside of white low spec ‘higher’ miles cars which seem cheaper. I was looking this time last year and found the perfect car for me. Looking now nothing has changed much (unless you want white - I didn’t!).
I wanted black, comfort, lift, leather. Looking now I would pay similar price maybe a tad more. Mine was on 8k miles.
I think we would all want a .2 if we could but that’s 20-30k more...is it worth it? That’s down to the individual, their personal finances, situation, the boss etc! I don’t plan on tracking much and mine is already on a late G engine (came out of factory with an F).
If you track regularly you may get engine issues, depends which variant you end up buying. But the warranty should sort you out, maybe the potential hassle would put you off?
Club sport cars definitely command a premium though, not sure how much, perhaps £5K?

Looks like my 991.1 GT3 sold within a few days at the OPC I sold it back to, so cars with the right spec are selling quickly, and I’m guessing that as Spring approaches, buyers will increase to keep prices firm.Firstly I've never owned a Porsche. Off the back of this topic a member contacted me regarding him looking to sell his GT3 and fired across photos and literally it ticked all the boxes for me.
Asked for a contact number to discuss verbally rather than e-mails and find out an agreeable price but I've heard nothing for 24 hours. I appreciate people can be very busy though and more important things to deal with than car selling at times for certain but I'm keeping fingers crossed at some point the gentleman will be back in contact as that could well be the one for me.
Failing that there is a few others I'm interested in and I've a few people I know keeping an ear out for anything materialising possible being PX'd etc.
So at present the search continues but as said keeping my fingers crossed the member who sent me photos gets back in contact in due course when perhaps not so busy.
To those that have PM'd and e-mailed me thank you so much it's been really insightful and helpful the knowledge and advise you've given me.

A new one from an OPC is £250+, so I was trying to save him money after he's spent £90k+ on a car!

Thank you for the heads up, although for me the 31k miles is the off-put but then price may reflect that.
My GT-R's, R8's, M3's, and even everything in between daily Audi's, Megane track toys have all one thing in common... all been white. So I can't really break that trend either.
That said the Mini GP2 wasn't but I'm hopeful of replacing that square with a nice White 991 GT3 by June this year.
