Tread carefully if looking at the black 720 at none franchised dealer in Cardiff. The red tick on the steering wheel centre indicates this is a MY17 or early 18 car. Being offered as 2021 newly registered.
I would be taking VIN and asking McLaren if it’s under their new car warrant. I expect the answer will be ‘no’. They will also be unlikely to ever to take it in as a trade in either.
Take care.

Yes, noticed similar on other adverts. I’ve also seen some ads not featuring photos of the back of the car too.

However a 3-4 year discrepancy is a new one on me.

There were stories a couple of years ago of Macca’s sat in warehouses....maybe it was true.

If it’s the independent I’m thinking about they move stock for a number of manufactures, they occasionally advertise / move very low mileage (new) cars on there web site.

If you asked them the question about date of build I’m sure the owner would give you a honest answer, he’s well known in these parts.

This car is quite possibly an import from Singapore/Malaysia and was never UK registered until now.

A London based outfit called GVE are reknown for attempting to sell imports so this may be similar. Either way it isn’t cheap.

Exactly this, without McLaren warranty and probably a MY17/18 car it’s way over.

It's not the guy that featured on Rogue Traders is it?

Its definitely not the guy off Rogue Traders - he is back in business as a silent partner in 'Orion Solutions' in Cardiff. It was Andrew Williams who featured on Rogue Traders - one of the funniest videos on YouTube!! He is now in business with his son Richard Williams - Moonlight Donkey on Instagram and YouTube). Remember a leopard does not change its spots - you have been warned!
