Polo BlueGT hesitation when accelerating

2nd gear, foot to the floor, slight hesitation between 4k - 5k rpm...fuel is 99 octane, air filter is clean. Issue doesn't happen in any other gear for some reason. Also, it doesn't happen from time-to-time, watch the end of the video when I accelerate again.

What could be the issue?

Just take it to a garage.

If you don't have the means to fault find, I doubt you have the means to fix it if you knew what was wrong with it either.
