Gift voucher with security printing.

Hi all.
Looking for a little bit of help.
We need to print 150-200 vouchers for a project we are doing.
The issue is I'm struggling to find somewhere or someone who can print a double sided voucher with some sort of security feature and a serial number.
Basically needs to look like what a super market would give out for a gesture of goodwill
Has anyone ever created a gift voucher and if so who did you use ?
