Anyone know why the Vanquish F45TON advertised on here is £10k cheaper than the next cheapest ?

I still hanker after a gen1 Vanquish and the prices seem to be dropping.

I was going to suggest that the number plate might be one contributory factor,
however if the vendor is a PHer, then how clever to spell FASTON (fast Aston).

The car has been up for sale for a while. Think it was well over £60K, but hasn't sold, so maybe he is getting desperate now to move on?

Definitely worth a look if you are interested, as they are great cars and you won't get one cheaper, however, I would definitely get a thorough pre purchase check, as they can cost a bit to repair if there are issues - sometimes it is worth spending more initially.

Looking at the car, I note the rear chrome bootlid trim has been painted body colour - they are prone to corrosion and a new one is over £2K.

PM me if you have any qs or want a recommendation re specialist to carry out pre purchase inspection
