I generally order parts myself and get it done via an Indie

It's due an annual oil change. Anything else worth changing?
Fuel filter was done 2 years ago?

ZF oil? Is an expensive job so was unsure if it's 100% worth it and may sell the car within the next year.

Diff oil? Should that be replaced?
Anything else worth considering?

Fuel filter is worth doing every couple of years, for peace of mind if nothing else.

If you're doing the transmission (how many miles out of curiosity?) then there is a full kit avaliable with a new pan (which houses the internal transmission oil filter), some other bits as well and of course the ZF oil of correct grade. Note the oil fill level needs to be set at a specific temp range, measured via a diagnostics computer and not an infra-red thermometer aimed at the oil pan like some people thing is acceptable
