Noise from rear suspension

Afternoon all,

In the last few weeks i've started noticing a brief creaking groan sort of noise from the rear suspension when it's under load i.e. when i pull away from standstill.

Should I be worried? Going on a trackday in a couple of weeks so don't want to put anything under stress that isn't in top condition.

Ive got one of those creaks from the rear, only notice it when travelling at pace then hit a dip in the road i.e when it loads up.

Done 5000 creaking miles and no adverse effects so far

Hi Chaps,i had the same prob,got rid of it with some wd40 stuff and to finsh with spray grease

Jack up car
Remove wheels
spray all the bushes on the wish bones
spray all anti roll bar rubbers
spray dampers etc

should be good as new

I see a flaw in your plan Eddie.

It means me doing something vaguely mechanical, which really isnt a good idea
