Religion and student loans
Discussion
It appears our “well suited to western society “ appears to have hit problems when looking at university.

Muslims can’t take student loans as a specific interpretation of a quote 1500 years ago says they can’t pay interest. Others took it to be that they can’t pay excessive interest, but as it is open to interpretation either could be right.
How do they pay for the golf r and S3’s and do any Muslims on the U.K. have a normal mortgage ?
The government can’t offer interest free loans to Muslims only so what are they expecting them to do ?
For such a modest minority they do seem to have a lot of issues.

My dude. Where do I even start with this post. I’m whiter than angel cum and I think all religion is b

Plenty of them on here. They'll have a nice little circle j**k, fapping to each others thinly veiled islamaphobia.

Strangely enough it’s a non-issue for the vast majority of muslims. 3 of my kids currently have student loans and I have a mortgage. However let’s not distract mrporsche from a good fap.
Pretty sure the Christian Bible suggests we ain't allowed to kill, steal, covet our neighbours Ass etc..etc... The sanctity of marriage must be obeyed till death do us part? Surely divorce should be illegal. Glass houses/bricks?
Its easy to cherry pick pieces of ancient texts and mould them to our own agenda to make spurious points about people we don't know, but people are just people. We are all the same given the chance, faults and all. Peace, gbn

Loads of people on here are fully paid up members of PETA, gay rights advocates, you name it they're it if it's something involving Islam.

That’s the weirdest way I’ve ever seen someone say “wait?! Me?? No you misunderstand me, I was genuinely interested in learning about how other cultures reconcile the needs of modern life with their religious beliefs!”BurtonLazars said:

Or doesn't that fit your thinly veiled racist agenda?

Aren't there "different products" from high street banks for Muslims that don't have "interest" as such but end up kind of costing the same as one that does?
That’s how I understand it from Muslim friends. They’re not called ‘admin fees’, but they’re essentially the same thing, (if my understanding is correct), and these ‘admin fees’ work out costing about the same as the interest would do.Edited by 105.4 on Saturday 23 January 12:15

It's called Sharia finance - not that hard to look up and find on the net. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/education-55772773

I suspect plenty of muslims read Pistonheads, maybe one will help you with an answer, if they hold their nose and ignore the rest of your post.

Imagine a world where you could just get on with your weekend instead of having to find reasons to justify disliking people. Get a life.https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/education-55772773

Why can’t these individuals or the Muslim finance council find that then ?I suspect plenty of muslims read Pistonheads, maybe one will help you with an answer, if they hold their nose and ignore the rest of your post.
The artifice is suggesting the government needs to do something specific to help Muslims students.
Yet everybody here is suggesting that sharia finance is simple and any fool can look it up on google ??
