PAYE contract looming, company car

Looking a few months ahead, my industry appears to be moving to block assessments of jobs going inside IR35. Such is life, I can accept that.
However if and when I start travelling to these contracts again, I’d like to take advantage of the low BIK electric vehicle tax breaks. I have enough retained profits currently to cover a lease for a couple of years. Could I run one through my limited, even though at that point in time I am earning revenue through a PAYE contract??
I’ve probably got this all confused.
Otherwise I guess it’s shut down my LTD and take out the retained profits as efficiently as possible. Been working outside contracts for the last ten years with various clients, so a bit new to all this!!
