i have my heater and I turn right it makes a very loud clicking noise. i turn the heater off it stops lol.
i turn the heater back on a round about it makes a huge clicking noise behind glove box.

it constantly does it on a straight but can really hear it turning right on a round about the most. then something triggers it about 30 mins of driving and clicks loud all the time but not as loud as turning right.
I've tried turning up and down heater dials no change and fan speed but obviously the fan speed drowns it out its driving me bonkers.
i think its the actuator but why would it get louder turning right? all the noise is coming from behind glove box

Had something similar on an old car of mine....a chocolate bar wrapper had somehow made its way down the vents(children) and was rubbing on the fan vanes.

After removing the fan unit it was immediately obvious what the noise was.

If the sensitivity to steering input varies with roadspeed then it is most likely an inertial effect. The suggestion of something loose moving around in the fan housing would fit the symptoms. If the heater flaps are vacuum operated it might also be a sign that one of the vac lines is leaking, perhaps brought on by physical movement under cornering loads.

ok dealer says they cleaned the pollen filter didn't fix it. the blower motor looks super easy to take off but this clip does it pull off? or is there a latch?

That's the power supply plug it will almost certainly have a latch

Sorry dont know the catch position have a good look it should be fairly obvious.

Me personally I wouldnt bother disconnecting the battery for that plug as long as the ignition is off.

That isn't what I'd describe as a clicking noise - it sounds more like a squeaky bearing to me. Can you get close enough to the bearing to get a little spray oil in there?

I'm only commenting on what I heard. That sounds like a squeaky bearing to me. Motors like this would typically use scintered self lubricating bearings but if they're suffering from damp or any contamination that might not be enough.
