Help on Olympus digi camera repairs.

Hi, bit of help needed here, I've aquired an Olympus C4000 digi Camera which has a fault with it. Camera won't switch on, even after changing batteries. I suspect something broken inside or part of the pcb is dead.
Does anyone know of, or could recommend, a good Camera repair centre, preferably in the East of England.
