Sonos on VPN but everything else on network not?
Discussion
I have a few Sonos speakers and use a couple of iPhones as the controller.
I listen to a lot of US radio mainly on TuneIn but now the number of stations is almost zero and the Sonos stations are utterly dire. I also share a local music library from a PC.
Would it be possible to setup Sonos on a vpn while maintaining absolutely everything else on the network including the iPhones not on the vpn?

I think the controller has to be on the same subnet as the speakers.
You could in theory have a network with two gateways, one via a VPN that the speakers use, and one direct via your ISP that everything else uses.
Configure devices statically, or use a DHCP server that supports either two scopes, or giving custom gateways to specific reserved MAC addresses.

Use the workaround contained in the video tutorial on this page.
Tune-in lost a court case and most foreign stations were removes.
