Passenger door height

My passenger door has dropped ever so slightly. How big a job is this to correct?

I've got the bible 1 and it mentions it briefly - awkward access to hinges behind door pillar and you can make it worse and damage bodywork if not careful! Dont know if its covered any better in bible 2....?

I've just spoken with Hilton Coachworks (TVR main bodyshop) about this as they currently have my Chim in for some rear end work, they stated its a very tricky job that can open up more problems along the way, some paint related, some body related etc. and if you can live with the drop then its best to do so.
Basically if the professionals find it a tricky job to do then my advice would be to leave well alone.

POD I agree an absolute "Bugger".
The top of the aluminium window guide on my drivers side has always been about 8mm lower than on the passenger side. The window glass goes up beyond this to make a good seal with the roof rubber, but this gap on the window guide has always meant that there is a small air gap and some constant wind noise when the roof is on and the windows shut. She goes in for service in a couple of weeks and I was hoping that they could sort it by raising the door slightly, but it looks like it could be a problem.
Anyone with any other ideas how I can get over it?

I know what you mean as my door is also dropped slightly - just means I have to give the door a much harder slam shut than normal.
