Menu scope

Hoping someone can help just taken the 991.2 for a quick run - haven’t driven it since moving into our new house in October due doing stuff on the house - any how noticed that the menu scope that shows the map is completely black I have checked the settings and the tick box is checked/ticked.

Car has been on a ctek since we moved so battery okay.

Any ideas before I call the OPC.
