Which bird?

Noticed this little chap in the garden today. Can anyone identify which bird? Assume it's some kind of bird of prey but not sure which. Tried to Google but can't really identify.

Classic Buzzard pose there - perched on top of a post, looking faintly grumpy and dishevelled.
