I have searched and searched for a topic on this subject and know there are other threads on this but can I find them....

Been in the news yet again, insurance going up 1000%, night fire watches, people in financial trouble and so on, but how unsafe is the cladding?

How many year after Grenfell Tower is it now and has there been another incident anywhere else in the UK or anywhere in the world, Why is this not an issue in other countries, was this flammable cladding just used for the UK?

I’m heavily involved in this .

I have some flats at a site that was on the news yesterday ,the insurance premium has gone from £35000 for the site to £550000
There is lots of info on the whole cladding issue but it boils down to this
Government under pressure from housebuilders who wanted to increase their profits by cheapening their costs bowed to the pressure and legalised methods of construction that should never have been allowed .
