Oracle Netsuite - thoughts / experiences

Does anyone have real world experience of Oracle NetSuite?
I'm running an online B2C business and we are are embarking on a project to replace the tech stack, we are looking at Oracle Netsuite for Inventory management, demand planning, finance and some CRM.
It will replace Brightpearl
We want it to integrate to Shopify. Amazon, Klaviyo and Gorgias
Does anyone have any experience they can share - good / bad / integrations etc
