Driving with clothes trapped in door

Some stupid woman just drove past me in a 1 series leaning on her horn for some reason. As I looked at her, I noticed she had a large chunk of her dress hanging out of the car and trapped in the door. It's getting filthy.

Anyone else been a victim of this?

I once saw a woman who trapped her dress when she was getting out of the car, the dress jammed the lock, people came to help but couldnt moved the door, she had to take the dress off in the end.
