New headunit, no handsfree call volume

Apologies if wrong section.

I’ve recently installed a Pioneer SPH-DA120, everything works fine except for when making calls, the recipient can hear me but I can’t hear them via car play or bluetooth.
I’ve checked all the volume controls, alert volume & private mode but nothing, any ideas?

when you first powered it up was there and option for network mode or standard mode as you need it set to standard mode and that should fix it. You might need to do a factory reset to get the option
