Website Community Forum Recomendations

I'm currently doing a tech stack refresh for a B2C products business, however I'm struggling to find a decent and good value online community forum.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

We've looked at:-

Champ - can't contact them, so seems high risk
Muut - doesn't appear to have any dev resource behind it for future functionality / enhancements
Toky Woky - looks good but far too expensive (£40k first year cost)

We ideally want something that has built in gamification and can integrate quickly into Shopify and Loyalty Lion
