I've heard a track a few times recently - anyone help with what it is?

The bit I remember sounds a little like the 'It all breaks down to the role reversal' refrain from Placebo's 'Nancy Boy' but the lyrics are something like 'Oh my god I don't believe it'

That's all I know. Am I being really stupid and someone will tell me this is the cuurent No 1 or something equally embarrasing?
