Valerian Root?

Keen to hear if anyone has any experience with this, particularly for dealing with anxiety?

I’ve bought some valerian root extract from the pharmacy in hope more than expectation, but have yet to take it.

Used to use it to keep the horse calm when on box rest, it worked for him !
