No dispute and owe 45k for 3rd stage payment of a Share purchase, they are ignoring letters even Solicitors, I'm just think could I just go for bankruptcy as they have 3 other companies and too much hassle for them..i know they have the monies.

Check to see if you can serve it on the directors personally rather than the company

Depending on circumstances, the partly paid shares can be forfeited (plenty in google).
