Staged / Fake NHS Photo

I’ve seen this photo online before some months ago. A friend insists it’s genuine but to me it’s obviously staged. Can anyone point me to where I show it’s fake please?

Bottom right is, I think, a shutterstock photo.

Upper middle - no uk hospital would allow that as an air con installation.

Upper right - resolution isn’t high enough but they don’t look like UK plug sockets.

Generally lying on the floor is bad for infection control. If they were crashed out in sofas in the medic rest areas it would be more believable.

Bottom right is a stock photo and easily reverse image searchable.

The uniforms and equipment in several of the others are not UK spec.

Bottom left, are we supposed to believe these staff are sleeping on the job while wearing surgical scrubs, masks and gloves? How gullible would you have to be to believe this ste?
