An a brake light switch be adjusted?
Discussion
Just replaced my brake light switch, and following a thread from here it was fairly painless - very quick to remove and replace.
The new switch Doesn’t appear to have any means of adjusting and I simply slotted it into the bracket and turned it to lock it in place.
Lights come on when brake pedal is depressed BUT I’m pretty sure the original activated the lights with the slightest touch of the brake pedal whilst the replacement doesn’t activate the lights until the pedal has been depressed to the point the brakes activate.
Is there a way of adjusting it, or is this expected behaviour?
