What are these called?

The tech name for them to help with a search.
They are very common on every car make but I just can't find them on the net to buy. These 2 are off a scooby idle control valve and are solder jointed so can come apart sometimes with heat when removing them . Not looking for the exact elbows just a smooth 90 deg type will do.

Yeah get the calipers out and find the OD/ID and you should be able to get metal replacements. If they're the right fit I'd be tempted to solder them back together mind.
