PS5 Network Error - Unknown code

Son keeps getting a Network Error - and a code that is DAS "1234567" (can't remember the numbers but we've looked it up) when trying to play Multiplayer on Destruction Allstars. Every other online game works perfectly as does PS Now etc & the offline game works with no problems.
Anyone else had similar or any suggestions would be helpful!
On BT Fibre with a booster in his room. Done the network test & getting 70mbps.
