Can you do anything with fresh whey?

There is a goat farm down the road from me, and they make and sell fantastic goat cheeses, yoghurt, milk etc.

They recently added fresh goat whey (liquid) to their list of products....is there anything you can do with it? Google seems to be all about the bodybuilding whey powders, which is not the same thing at all.

It adds a good flavour to homemade bread — just replace some or all of the water with whey.

Good suggestions! I'm not much of a baker but could probably figure out some scones...

They sell the ricotta ready to eat so I am too lazy to make my own
