Anyone had / fixed this? On my 991.2 Turbo S the passenger window is not closing properly. When i open the drivers door to get in both windows drop a few mm, and then when I close drivers door the drivers window goes up, but passenger window stays down. Only a few mm but still annoying when the wind starts whistling and you have to close using the electric window.

Porsche main dealer have tried twice to fix. First time they did some sort of re-set and second time said they couldn't replicate the fault!

Any ideas?

With the engine running but the car stationary drop both windows simultaneously and when they are fully open keep the e window switch pressed for 5 seconds.

Then press the e window switches simultaneously to close the windows and when they are fully closed again keep the switch pressed for a further 5 secs.

Same problem 991.2 GTS. And I have noticed condensation in the car previously, so I double-check now that the passenger window is closing properly when I lock the car. I will take into OPC as obviously a 'known issue.

I’ve got a similar problem in my 991.2 S . Windows drops ok when opening doors and going back up when closed . However when I start the car the passenger window drops very slightly. Enough to generate some more road noise/window and creak over the bumpy stuff. I’ve tried resetting the window which seems to work initially. But when I come back to the car after it’s locked I’m back to square one.

I had this with my first 991 - drove me nuts and after 7 attempts, OPC still couldn't fix it. Replaced everything from window regulator to door locks. They eventually bought the car back from me.
Hope you get a resolution.

My 2012 991s has developed the same fault, its under warranty, will mention it when it goes in next and see if they can come up with a fix.
