Broken Crank Pinion

I have a late model 4.2/4.7 Cerbera which long story short - the Bolt on the end decided to shear - consequently the pinion on the end of the crank drops off - and we all know what that drives - joy of joys.

I have found nearly all the parts - excepting - the crank pinion and socket cap screw. We could reuse the pinion - however we definitely need the key - however looking at the key this only looks to be mild steel.

The crank pinion - are these a spare part stocked by anyone - OR does anyone have one on the shelf?

The Bolt - as luck goes - broke just inside the crank - again anyone know the details here?


Down at the bottom end of the world here - I possibly should just pick up a complete 4.5 engine to have as spares.
