Who's got one then?

I see Ed H has one. I set up mine a few days ago and have £10.34 in credit. Result! Time to buy another lens.

Bugger, £10.34 was Mrs Get 'trying it out'

Thanks for that, Mr Carter. A much needed opportunity to smile!

I actually went for the "Print Button" option, which means you can sell the prints from your own site, rather than having your own gallery on Photobox. I'm still trying it out at the moment, but so far it looks good!

I have had a gallery there for a while but it won't let me upgrade it to a 'Pro' one.

It says I go to my albums page and click on the link in "Great Ideas" but I can't seem to get that link.

Any ideas?

Just had a look. If it's any consolation I know it took me ages to find the right link, so it's not just you. Have you checked to see the sharing options (which would be four if you already had a pro gallery) for each of your folders?

Ah, I'm glad I'm not the only one. Yeah, I checked those about 20mins ago, I have 3: Private, Shared and Public. I put it to public to see if I could then change it to Pro but no such luck

Ah - right, once you've cracked it (perhaps someone else can help here, I'm blowed if I can remember what I needed to do) you'll have a fourth option which is to add this to your pro gallery portfolio....

I had one for a while - it's still there, but have moved to theimagefile.com who allow fully skinnable sites still backed by photobox.

Printbutton is really expensive if you are starting out, so the pro galleries are good.

It depends what you want - it's not expensive at all if you want to sell photos off your own site, rather than Photobox's own site, as it means you don't need to invest the time, money and effort into setting up your own shopping basket system, credit card handling etc...

When you look at it that way, it's actually really good value!

Did you by chance sign up to photobox through one of its affiliates? I was apparantly using Photobox via Internetcamerasdirect.co.uk because I had been given a voucher for free prints from them and as such was unable to set up a pro gallery but after a quick email to support they changed my account to deal with photobox direct and Robert's your mothers brother it works now

I've got one too:

Sold a few of the RHS dinner ones (albeit the proceeds go to the RHSA!)

Works well for me

Ah, yes, I seem to remember I registered a while ago with ICD.

I'll drop support a line and see if they can help.

Thank very much

I have one at

www.photoboxgallery.com/sailpics

Originally registered though Blueyonder, but emailed photobox and they moved it so I could have a pro gallery.

For the print button - it does cost £250 to set up but they then only take 5% instead of the 10% from the pro gallery.
