Spotify & Echos

Recently moved to Spotify, as Amazon music wasn't behaving on my Echos. But, it behaves in a different way.
Spotify seems to like to always have the music showing on my lock screen, Amazon didn't
When I turn the volume up in FB or an other app with the iPhone side buttons, it turns the music up across all of the Echos not on my phone
It keeps loosing quality, like there isn't enough bandwidth, but my internet is fine on pings etc when this happens. I also pay for Premium.
ALL of the playlists that present on the home screen seem to list the same 4 or 5 artists. I migrated about 40 playlists, none of which contained Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande or Dua Lipa, but look... I can't escape them! Granted I may have played a playlist or 2 with them on without knowing.
