We sell fabric to home sewers, and specialise in woollen material, which seems to be on the EU st list.

Since Brexit we have been unable to get our parcels delivered to the EU. They are being returned to us by Dpd with extra charges

We successfully send to Vietnam, the USA, Canada, Australia etc etc

Is there any way around this stupidity or do we have to temporarily stop EU shipping.

I'm not prepared to put false customs descriptions.

Any advice welcome.

You could find a fulfilment company in the EU, get fiscal representation there and then ship from there for your EU shipments?

Speak to these guys: https://www.avalara.com/vatlive/en/vat-services/fi...

And this is a useful resource: https://www.parcelhub.co.uk/brexit-support-portal/

Car print guy has a good idea. Look at “the fulfillment crowd” who are opening a German hub for Europe.

Thank you for this, it looks interesting, although the website a bit strong on waffle and short on clarity.

I'd like to see "We can collect your B2C parcels on a daily basis and deliver them successfully into Europe"

Are these people essentially parcel brokers or do they just operate store and despatch warehouses on behalf of customers?
