Virus writer gets off. Theres a suprise

This annoys me. He does untold damage to computers across the world, and gets away scott free. This one didn't affect me as I stay away from Windows as much as possible.
However, when we have had a box thats been ripped apart by a hacker and caused untold time putting it all back together - and still these people don't get punished it just wants to make you get very angry.
When will the courts realise that these people cost sysadmins (like myself) huge problems and wasted amounts of time. I bet if a judge was dragged out of bed to rebuild a box over the next 48 hours they'd actually understand how aggrivating it really is.
Maybe we should start a campaign to systematically burgle every judge in the land. Then let them feel magnanamous when a burgler stands in front of them.
