Door Open Sensor
Discussion
It's a micro switch in the door lock itself (in the body of the car).
Chances are, the switch has come loose. I think a small phillips head screwdriver will remove the screws to the shiny metal plate, and it should be obvious from there.
The door pin moves a latch within the lock, and part of that latch pushes the lever on the microswitch.

Major Thanks... I owe you one
It was not loose until I losened it ten I was a tad upset when I realised that there were bolts holding it and the nuts had just dropped off in the back pannel. How you are supposed to deal with them I'm not sure.
So bent metal to fix the switch and then glued it back!
Car is locked now, just need to sort out the EFI fault that has now appeared!!
That and a problem getting one of the rear wheels balanced properly..... it's a never ending story!
