£7000. Whats the best quality kit

Have about £7,000 to spend on a car that will be only car. Not a daily driver, but a 3/4 time a week social and domestic pleasure cruise.

I know nothing about kit car, except that they offer fantastic performance and value for money.

What is the best I can get for that sum (or round about that).

Must be :
1) Beautiful
2) Quick
3) RELIABLE!
4) Low on maintenace cost

Ah, forgot to mention: I simply dont have the time to build it myself (or the expertise!) so I am talking about turn-key kits or second hand ones...

Sadly this has just sold...I'd call that a lot of car for the money. I believe a VVC Libra went on e-bay for around he same money recently too....
