Charge Point installer in N London / Hertfordshire

Looking for a good EV charge point installer in the North London / South Herts / M25 borders area - preferably sole trader / small company so that the person that does the survey will be the same one that does the install.
It's not a straight forward install, involving running cable under a long concrete path, to a separate garage.
Won't be OLEV funded.
Unless they want to do the cable running, probably will try to get our builder to the trench digging and cable laying.
So would need someone to come around, check that the depths / route of cable comply with electrical / building regs and specify the cable, so that they are happy to come back later, finish the install at both ends, and sign off.
Anyone have any recommendations ?
