First physical point of contact with any car needs to be a good one and handles on a 992 let it down terribly.

Pah! Minor details like that don't matter once you realise that some fool has forgotten to spec "deviated stitchingd" on the interior. Nobody has even won races using fancy suspension... any racer knows that it is the aesthetics of the door handle that makes the difference.
