Interesting snippet : "The Government will also consider a very limited range of derogations to the phase out dates for specialist vehicles, including military service and emergency vehicles, and for parts of the market which may need further time to transition, such as small volume manufacturers."

I wonder how small is small enough to qualify? Porsche??

What about motor homes?

I don't see any electric motor homes for a very long time.

Wouldn't they become available more or less as soon as the van chassis that they're based on become available?

Quite a few motorhomes are already very close to the 3.5t weight limit, leaving little headroom for people and enough gear to last a couple of weeks. A heavier electric van base might make keeping under the limit tricky

Quite, if a Polestar 2 is 2.1t then no chance a motorhome is getting under 3.5t
