Unable to post on Facebook business account

Hi everyone, I’ve got a very annoying Facebook problem that no one seems to be able to fix, including work and Facebook themselves. Last chance saloon here!
I’m trying to post on my works Facebook business page, but when I click “Create Post,” it starts to load but never completes. Eventually give up and click out then the screen continuously flashes quickly until either I refresh the page or exit the page.
When I log on via mobile, it says I cannot post on my account because Facebook needs to confirm my primary location. However, when I go through all the steps, it still doesn’t work.
I’ve tried on multiple laptops and browsers as well as clearing cookies and cache etc. No luck.
If relevant I have moved around a lot in the last year so location is always changing but been settled for 2mths so unsure if location is a factor
