Can anybody tell me the position of the diagnostic plug and how to get to it on my VXR8, Cheers

Stick your head in the driver’s footwell and look up, where your right knee would be. Should be there or thereabouts

Is the OBD port live in that if you plug in a solar panel channel trickle charger does it actually put anything into the battery?
I have used one bet never felt it actually contributed anything in terms of juice...??
