Audi A3 1.2tfsi cab 2012 - opinions?

Hi all, we have a chance to buy our neighbours Audi cab as a second car. It's been well looked after, low miles just has a new MOT.
Having never owned VAG other than a mk5 gti this is all new to me. Anything I should know about the 1.2 or audis if that mark in general? Anything specific to the cab? Thanks all.
