Honda CRV key number tag

Hi,
I noticed that I didn't received key number tag. I noticed a sticker in service book with 2 numbers - one 5 digit and second in such format AAA11111111A (4 letters, 8 numbers). Could it be sufficient, or I should follow up with dealer? Is one of those codes immobilizer code?

Could well be the 5 digit number, but I thought it was character letter letter letter, Dealer will be capable of looking up the key code
