Xenon lights on vw polo going off after 5 minutes

Hi everyone, i dont use this but its my final option. My left xenon light goes off after 5 minutes, i have changed the bulb, the headlight control unit but still happens, rang over 5 mechanics no one knows why it does it, anyone have any idea please help? Had the car for 4 years never happened

Can you swap parts left to right in a process of elimination?

Long shot, disconnect the battery for a few hours and let the system fully drain down, might reset the bcm and clear any glitches.

I’d be hunting for a reputable auto electrician well before taking anything to VW.

Taking it to a auto electrician, rang vw they said they dont recommend taking it there as it could ne expensive 😂

I would be finding a good vw specialist who has the VW diagnostic tools - will be much cheaper than dealers

Swap the ballasts side to side first, see if the problem moves.
