They probably aren't hurting anyone and unlike walts are probably not sex offenders. So If it floats thier boat so be it.
To be fair when I did some work with a band, they used to do a lot of country music as well as occasionally yank stuff including the odd barn dance. It was a bit of good fun to be honest. Getting hammered, dancing around like an idiot and snogging some fit woman isnt a bad night out. You'd think it would be all oldies but there was a fair mix.
Not something id plan to do but wouldnt turn it down if i had nothing else to do.

A chap up the road from us is into it all. He has a Transit adorned with tat and lights. Harmless enough though and gives me a chuckle when I see him in full regalia walking his dog.
When I was a lad there was a stunning looking girl a couple of years older than me who was a C&W singer and lived a few doors up from us. Try as I might, she managed to ignore me for all the time we lived there
To my eternal shame, I may have put a Confederate flag (when such things were acceptable) numberplate on the front of my Mini in an attempt to attract her attention

To my eternal shame, I may have put a Confederate flag (when such things were acceptable) numberplate on the front of my Mini in an attempt to attract her attention It's like anything, go to short oval racing and you will get loads of people walking round in rigger boots wearing American oval racing t shirts, at footy you will get hats, scarves and the special ones wear 30 years old shirts spread over their now large belly, war memorabilia is very special for people wearing stuff, as you can imagine. Same as tatt lovers. Ever notice why most people who pump iron only EVER wear tight, short sleeved t shirts and tight jeans, wonder why...
A lot of people NEED a uniform to display their loves, it leaves me cold personally but most people feel the need to do it it seems.

Why? and in what way? Simplistically when someones looking like a tramp, assume they are a tramp, which is probably reasonable,
or in a more judgemental way, eg someones wearing a shirt which isnt the latest fashion, so you tut in your mind and think what a failure they must be at life?
