Fan's no cutting off

Hi People
Yesterday I went to the Pub and parking. Turn off the Key and the fan's no cutting off ???!!
What's now I think... and go for a drink. As I received after a half hour the fan's allways switched on!!!
The battery was almost low, but I could drove at home - then I remove the batterycontact and searche in the bible
Has anyone the same problem?

Sounds like the fan relay is sticking.

Hi there
When i had this problem on my old Golf VR6 it was the fan temp sender unit, a quick trip to halfords one sunday morning and a fiver later all sorted!
Just speaking of my case/opinion.

Yes the Fan relay was sticking. First I'm searching on the relay panel and found nothing :-(((
It was the relay mounted between the fan's :-)))
