Access EIS Fund - The Syndicate Room

During some research I was undertaking today on a company called Small Pharma, I stumbled upon The Access EIS Fund and knowing the diverse demographic that exists on PH, wondered whether anyone here is familiar with this fund or, even better, invested in it?

I'm deeply sceptical of these EIS funds, but I can't speak to The Syndicate Room directly. As with any fund I'd be very focused on historical realised track record (i.e. not a track record based on marking their current portfolio at "conservative" assumptions) and I wouldn't be allocating a significant amount of my net wealth (~1%) to this asset class.
